As a contemporary vocal artist and educator, she exhibits an infectious energy and knowledge of style and technique that engages students and audiences alike in jazz and popular music.

Wilder has performed at Walt Disney World with legendary singers Joe Williams, Rosemary Clooney, Dianne Reeves, and Diane Schuur in addi-tion to fronting trios, big bands, and orchestras, singing on studio demos, and touring as a background vocalist. A prolific arranger, her works have been commissioned, performed, and recorded by university and high school ensembles internationally.

Wilder is in demand as an adjudicator, clinician, and guest conductor. Her credits include all-state vocal jazz ensembles and show choirs in Ari-zona, Colorado, Missouri, Mississippi, Illinois, Indiana, Oklahoma, and Wisconsin, as well as teaching at Showchoir Camps of America and the Steve Zegree Vocal Jazz Camp. She is the vocal director of Bloomington Expressive Arts Training (BEAT), a K-12 community show choir program she cofounded with choreographer Brennan Wilder in 2012. She previ-ously taught vocal jazz and women’s and mixed choirs at Purdue Univer-sity and holds degrees from the University of Miami and Western Michi-gan University.

She and Brennan reside in Bloomington, Ind., with their daughter, Jamie.
