Claude Baker served as the composer-in-residence for the Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra from 1991-1999. His music has been performed internationally by the orchestras of Saint Louis, San Francisco, Atlanta, Pittsburgh, Indianapolis, Louisville, the New York Philharmonic, the National Symphony Orchestra, Orquesta Nacional de España, and Orquesta Sinfónica de RTV Española.   Biography >>

Don Freund has recieved a Guggenheim Foundation Fellowship (2005) two NEA Awards, 25 ASCAP Awards, and the AGO/ECS Publishing Award in Choral Composition. John Gibson's acoustic and electroacoustic music has been presented in the US, Canada, Europe, South America and Asia. His instrumental compositions have been performed by many groups, including the London Sinfonietta, the Da Capo Chamber Players, the Seattle Symphony, the Music Today Ensemble, Speculum Musicae, Ekko!, and at the Tanglewood, Marlboro and June in Buffalo festivals.   Biography >>

Jeffrey Hass's compositions have been premiered by the Louisville Orchestra, Memphis Symphony, and the Concordia Chamber Orchestra, and have been performed at Lincoln Center, and at national conferences of the Society of Composers, International Computer Music Conference, International Double Reed Society, SEAMUS, and the College Music Society.   Biography >>

Sven-David Sandström completed composition studies with Lingvar Lidholm, György Ligeti, and Per Nørgård. He is the former professor of composition and vice president of the Royal College of Music in Stockholm.
