Roger Roe assumed his duties as English Horn/Assistant Principal Oboe of the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra in 1995. He is a graduate of the Cleveland Institute of Music, Southern Methodist University and Arts Magnet High School in Dallas and studied with John Mack and Eric Barr.

Linda Strommen has held principal and associate principal orchestral positions with the Milwaukee, Honolulu, New Haven, Wichita, and Akron symphonies; second oboe positions with the Metropolitan Opera Orchestra and Santa Fe Opera Orchestra; and interim principal oboe with Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra, Rochester Philharmonic and the Utah Symphony.
