Project Jumpstart announces winners of the first annual Project Jumpstart Video Competition and Essay Contest

Project Jumpstart, the music entrepreneurship and career development initiative at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music, announced two music entrepreneurship competitions during spring semester 2012. The first annual Project Jumpstart Essay Contest and Video Competition were designed by the Project Jumpstart student team and were open to students at the Jacobs School enrolled during the 2012 spring semester.

Jacobs School's new Kuttner Quartet in debut performance this weekend

This year's Kuttner Quartet at the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music debuts this Sunday, Sept. 26, at 4 p.m. in the "Sunday Chamber Music in Auer" concert series kickoff. The quartet, whose student members change annually, features four of the top string players in the school. This year's group comprises Colin Sorgi and Rena Kimura, violin; Rose Wollman, viola; and Kevin Künkel, cello.
