Background:
Reiko Shigeoka-Neriki has an active career as a soloist and chamber musician, touring extensively, concertizing, and giving master classes in the United States, Canada, and Japan.
She studied piano with György Sebok and chamber music with Josef Gingold and Janos Starker.
Professor Shigeoka-Neriki is a winner of the best accompanist prize at the Eighth International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow, and has released a solo album of Chopin on the Meister Music label in Japan.
